• Membership is limited to 100 members.
• Gold Memberships are $300  a month, offered discounts, allowed to book amenities before Standard Members. Get access to premium amenities.  Gold Members are allowed to PRE-PAY for sleeping units before Standard Members. ($500 couples, minor children sharing a sleeping unit with parent are free)
• Standard Memberships are $100 a month. First come first served for sleeping units starting at 7pm, No PRE-PAY reservations allowed. Must be ready to occupy the sleeping unit. (Sorry no couples discount but minor children sharing a sleeping unit with parent are free).
• Must be a member in good standing at all times.
• NO VISITORS ALLOWED in MEMBERS AREAS at anytime or on BALLER PROPERTY between hours of 10pm and 11am.
• Pets are allowed in Members areas but must be on leash at all times. Must be approved by staff or sleeping unit leader for night of your stay.

All paid members get "ACCESS" to MEMBERS ONLY areas and AMENITIES 

CHECK - IN is after 7pm and check out is before 11am following day.

• Sleeping bunks (Gold$20 a night, clean sheets, towels, blankets and pillows provided). Gold Members are allowed to Pre-Pay for that evenings sleeping unit reservations (Standard Members pay $40 a night. Clean sheets provided )
• Private sleeping PODs ($40 a night available to GOLD MEMBERS ONLY )
• Sleeping trailers ($60 GOLD MEMBERS ONLY) $20 for each additional Member or child. Maximum 3 adults per unit per night. $10 per pet.
• Showers (15 MIN. LIMIT)
• Bathroom (Must be a paid member for that night or a GOLD MEMBER to use Indoor Bathrooms and showers)
• Lockers 
• Computer with WiFi
• Lounge area
• Discounted food (Extra 20% discount for ALL Members)
• Clothing exchange
• GOLD MEMBERS may receive additional discounts and free amenities.

** Baller Park Staff may ask you to leave at anytime for any reasons. If you are asked to leave, please   leave immediately without unnecessary drama. You may message staff through messaging APP below and we will try to resolve the issue so you can return ASAP. In rare cases you may be asked to leave and not refunded any Pre-Paid fees or membership.

** USE OF AMENITIES MAY REQUIRE ADDITIONAL COSTS TO MEMBERSHIP DUES.  AVAILABILITY IS NOT GUARANTEED.

** DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY A RESERVATION MAY BE REQUIRED.

Members are our guest and we want everyone to treat each other as family. Loyalty, respectfulness, helpfulness goes a long way. We encourage everyone to be social, understanding and kind but just like any family there will be disputes and misunderstandings. But please allow Baller Staff to help you with any disputes that may arise. 

• NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING!
• NO CANDLES OR OR OPEN FLAMES ALLOWED!
• DO NOT! For any reason park on the Baller Park property,  in front of the gate or next door office building.If you have a vehicle please do not park on Shady Lane during the weekdays, between the hours of 11am - 6pm (Reserve this time so that parking is available to our vendors and lunch customers).
• If you leave the property between 2am and 6am for any reason you will not be allowed back on the property til 8am. 
• No refunds will be given for any reasons
• If you book a sleeping unit you are allowed access to kitchen. Do not stay in kitchen longer than you have to and no loud or long conversations.
• Please stay out of the front area of the property after 12am.  You may visit with other Members in large tent or Bark Park.
• No loud conversations, yelling or music after 10pm.  Be aware and courteous to residential neighbors directly behind Baller Park. You will not be punished for reminding other Members for this rule. If you are rude or disrespectful for a Member reminding you of this rule you will be the one asked to leave immediately by a lead member or one of the Staff.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WE ARE OFFERING THIS SERVICE TO HELP OUR MEMBERS SO THEY CAN BE SAFE, WARM AND AROUND OTHERS THAT ALSO WANT TO GET BACK ON THEIR FEET ASAP.  WE WANT EVERYONE TO PARTICIPATE IN OUR EVENTS AND SOCIALIZE WITH OUR BPSC COMMUNITY MEMBERS, OUR FOOD CART VENDORS AND BALLER PARK CUSTOMERS.  BUT PLEASE UNDERSTAND BALLER PARK IS A BUSINESS AND WE HAVE OBLIGATIONS TO OUR VENDORS AND THEIR CUSTOMERS / GUEST SO ACT ACCORDINGLY WITH RESPECT.  ANY DISPUTES WITH THEM WILL BE MET WITH 0% TOLERANCE.  YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO "EXPLAIN THE SITUATION".  YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE AND YOUR MEMBERSHIP MAY BE REVOKED IMMEDIATELY.
